Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Services Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our dining services run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food services is an asset; however, we are willing to provide training.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a restaurant setting, managing daily operations and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff.
  • Train employees on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Create and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
