About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events & Tradeshow Manager to join our marketing team at Coveo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing our company's presence at conferences and tradeshows, driving pipeline growth and delivering impactful events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop and implement event strategies, manage logistics, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Produce detailed reports on event performance, analyze data, and provide insights to inform future event strategies.
  • Internal Communications and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and leadership, to ensure global alignment and successful event execution.
  • Budget Management and Tracking: Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Research and Recommendations: Conduct research on potential events and opportunities, and provide recommendations to inform event strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration and Coordination: Work with campaign managers, content specialists, and designers to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B event management.
  • Exceptional organization and deadline management skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing automation systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Administration, or Communications.
  • Comfortable leading an on-site team of up to 20 members, comprising various departments and leadership levels.
  • Track record of making data-driven decisions, and innate drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
