Match Marketing Group is seeking a skilled Hardware Merchandiser to join our dynamic team As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our retail partners' stores are visually appealing and stocked with the latest products.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble, install, and maintain display fixtures, shelves, and installations according to planograms and team leader directives.
- Move and organize racks within the store.
- Ensure all products are presented in an attractive manner and aisles are accessible to customers.
- Maintain professional relationships with store employees and management.
- Submit time sheets and store reports online.
- Communicate relevant information to the team leader.
- Travel to assigned retail locations within a designated region.
- Experience in home renovation retail, warehouses, manufacturing, or logistics environments is an asset.
- Proficiency with power tools.
- Flexible, reliable, and possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for the duration of the work shift.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet.
- Values teamwork and respects the contributions of all team members.
- Steel-toed shoes are mandatory.
