Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nanaimo Denture Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our dental team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This includes coordinating patient appointments, managing medical records, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:

The Administrative Assistant will work in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
