Sales Team Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our retail establishment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
The position is set within a retail business environment, where the supervisor will play a crucial role in managing daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to sales personnel.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Authorize payment transactions.
- Manage inventory orders.
- Oversee merchandise returns.
- Create and maintain employee work schedules.
- Engage in direct sales activities.
- Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain organized inventory systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
This role involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 retail sales associates and clerks.
Work Conditions- Fast-paced work environment.

- Involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Physical tasks may include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Strong client focus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- This is a permanent position.
