Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating hearing services for infants, preschool, school, and adult populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement hearing assessments and treatment plans for patients of all ages
  • Provide consultative education and training services to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in clinical supervision and training of students and provisional members
  • Contribute to the education of other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
  • Active Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligible for membership with the Speech-Language & Audiology Canada
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Outlook/Email
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect cultural diversity
Working Conditions
  • Must complete a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Search, and Adult Abuse Registry Check
  • Requires a valid driver's license, an all-purpose insured vehicle, and liability insurance
