- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or front desk environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand and sit for long periods of time, and work in a dynamic environment.
