Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our Valves and Actuation Business Group at Spartan Controls Ltd. This role will focus on driving customer preference for our Control, Isolate, Protect, and Regulate products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their applications and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Territory Managers, and Technical Specialists to support business plans and drive growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new application opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and preference for Spartan products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver presentations, training, and other sales materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technology diploma.
  • 2-5 years of related industry experience, preferably in valve application engineering.
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, process control, and valve engineering specifications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for customers.
