Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and motivate a team of sales and service experts to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Service: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with some management training preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30-50 pounds as needed, with a valid driver's license.
