Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled individuals to fulfill the role of NDE Inspector - CGSB RT-2 Certified (Nuclear Sector). Each team member plays a vital role in the success of BWX Technologies, Inc., ensuring we meet our clients' standards for quality, cost, and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct non-destructive examinations in accordance with certifications across all operational areas.
  • Interpret and analyze technical documentation.
  • Generate detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in all work activities.
  • Exhibit high standards of workmanship and operational practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety.
  • Qualifications as a General Inspector.
  • Valid NDE certifications from recognized authorities, such as CGSB, AWS, or CWB.
  • Must possess MT CGSB-2 AND PT CGSB-2 AND RT CGSB-2 PLUS two of the following six: CEDO UT CGSB-1, RT CGSB-1, two years as a Fabrication/Machining inspector within BWX Technologies, Inc.; five years as a Fabrication/Machine inspector with documented evidence from an external organization; or five years of Fitting/Welding experience within BWX Technologies, Inc.; Certified Weld Inspector (AWS-CWI or CWB2).
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
