  • Manage and execute engineering design tasks for projects of diverse scope and complexity.
  • Collaborate on intricate engineering design initiatives with senior engineers.
  • Employ standard engineering methodologies and techniques to address structural challenges.
  • Review structural engineering shop drawings and calculations within the office.
  • Conduct field assessments of construction related to structural elements, such as reinforcing steel.

  • Assist engineers with technical tasks that require precision in calculations, data accuracy, and adherence to established testing, analysis, design, or computation methods.

  • Conduct project quality checks, audits, and develop lessons learned documentation and improvement plans.
  • Apply and comprehend all relevant industry and client standards for design and engineering.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and other pertinent software.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear dialogue among team members, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Show proven project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks within deadlines.
  • Possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in structural engineering, with knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a consulting engineering environment managing structural projects.
