Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team at SAPTAGIRI VASA INC. As an Ethnic Food Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Special Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef, requiring attention to detail and precision.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in South Indian, East Indian, and Vegetarian cuisine specialties.
