About the Role

Nutrien is a leading provider of agricultural products, services, and solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Lead to join our team and lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to support our Schedule to Deliver business function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions.
  • Work with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs.
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices.
  • Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation.
  • Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  • Ensure integrity of all solutions through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Assist with prioritization of demand items and account for optimized SAP solution delivery.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven leader with hands-on functional experience in SAP applications/modules.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Strategic and flexible thinker with exceptional communication skills.
