Job Summary

Limen Form Work Corp is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it meets specifications
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, heights, and noise levels. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in concrete finishing
  • Ability to work at heights and in dusty environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Client focus and ability to work as part of a team
