Healthcare Security Guard Position

Paladin Security is seeking dedicated Security Professionals to enhance our Healthcare Division. This role is ideal for individuals who possess outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills, essential for fostering a safe and supportive environment in healthcare settings.

Key Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
  • Possession of a valid AB Security license

The selected candidate will undertake responsibilities such as managing access control, monitoring security incidents, conducting regular patrols, responding to alarms, and ensuring the safety of patients and staff. The starting compensation for this role is $21.50 per hour.
