- Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to users, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their technical needs are met.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, including problems and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
