Medical Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Clinic Director to lead our team at Allendale Medical Clinic Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
- Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring departments operate within funding limits.
- Review budgets and spending to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Staff Management and Development
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervision and Performance Management
- Supervise 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
