  • Warranty and Claims:
    • Process and manage customer warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve warranty claims and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate with customers to provide updates on warranty claims and resolve any issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • University degree or college diploma in a related field, such as business administration or customer service.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and service.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of customer interaction and communication. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet customer needs.

Language:

The primary language of communication for this role is English, with the ability to communicate in French an asset.
