Job Title: Senior Analyst, Digital Business Partner Team

Uhnresearch is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Digital Business Partner Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of end-to-end In-Year Demand Management work streams and strategic planning for UHN Digital's annual Capital Planning, Ongoing Capital Allocation Management, and Multi-Year Roadmap Planning streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of In-Year Demand Management work streams, including intake, assessment, and tracking of Digital demands received from across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business partners to elicit and document high-level business requirements for Digital demands.
  • Facilitate meetings with UHN-wide business groups, working groups, and organizational committees to understand and refine Digital demands.
  • Support the development of presentation materials for executive leadership bodies within and outside of UHN Digital.
  • Lead simple to moderately complex project components of small to medium scope.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Health Informatics, Health Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of project, program, and portfolio management principles.
  • Experience in business systems analysis, problem resolution, workflow analysis, system testing, and project schedules.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in an in-person or remote team environment.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and/or Microsoft BI (or equivalent) would be an asset.
