Role Summary:
As a Packaging Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our packaging materials. This position is integral to maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Packaging Testing Program in alignment with Colgate Quality Standard 025 for package testing.
- Design, implement, and uphold the Packaging Materials Sampling and Testing Program at the site.
- Ensure compliance with Global Quality Standards, focusing on testing frequency and methods.
- Conduct regular inspections of packaging materials and manage inspection plans using SAP.
- Investigate and resolve material rejections and quality concerns related to packaging from production lines.
- Monitor and analyze packaging supplier performance metrics through statistical process controls.
- Prepare quarterly reports detailing packaging materials performance metrics.
- Promote adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as per regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology) or a related field, or equivalent experience in packaging testing.
- 1-2 years of experience in cGMP/FDA compliance within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency in software applications, particularly SAP, Excel, MiniTab, and Adobe Pro is advantageous.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on-site as required.
