Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 reservations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Reservations and Guest Services: Coordinate and manage reservations, including room assignments, guest requests, and special needs assistance.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of service and compliance.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support hotel operations.
  • Clients and Partnerships: Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities and participate in promotional activities to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
