We are looking for a skilled Floor Manager to oversee our Front of House operations at AP. This role is essential in achieving our service, sales, and profitability objectives.

The Floor Manager is responsible for managing daily activities, leading the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant to guarantee outstanding guest service
  • Recruit, train, and manage Front of House personnel
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to foster a positive workplace
  • Ensure compliance with quality control, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Address guest concerns to ensure a memorable dining experience
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a comparable environment
  • Preferred degree or diploma in Business or Hospitality Management
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
