Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team of world-class software engineers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing our web products, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable backend features, APIs, and services that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and technical use cases
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development
  • Promote best practices and high-quality development techniques throughout the team
  • Enhance our systems' usability and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with backend APIs, services, and platform development
  • Rich development experience with Java, Spring, and SQL
  • Experience developing scalable, customer-facing, web-based applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Nice to have: experience with React, Terraform / Terragrunt, or AWS
