Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our operations team. This role is integral to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring effective internal communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers on aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support managers in the management, mobilization, and development of their teams, maintaining a good working climate and performance management.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with our human resources management philosophy.
  • Manage internal employee movements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Participate in the management of performance and attendance at work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Participate in and promote the prevention of workplace accidents, developing programs to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ensure the management and monitoring of work accident files, preparing employee files for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with our human resources management philosophy, implementing actions supporting organizational strategies.
  • Ensure the proper management and administration of working conditions, ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Help promote the employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Produce various statistical reports related to HR performance indicators, analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French, oral and written.
  • Good command of common IT tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
