Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Director is a senior sales role responsible for leading and developing strategic partnerships with assigned strategic customers who require McKesson Canada's Pharmaceutical distribution services.

This role will lead and manage the day-to-day customer relationship and build a partnership that consistently delivers solutions that are integrated, advantageous to the customer, and profitable to the Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day customer relationship
  • Build and develop a partnership that consistently delivers solutions
  • Facilitate the business relationship between the Customer and McKesson Canada's distribution business
  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate the support of internal resources and other key stakeholders
  • Achieve sales objectives and related KPIs in accordance with the overall business plan
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Sales/Account Management within a Pharmaceutical or top-tier CPG or Distribution company
  • 4+ years of progressive management/supervisory experience
