First Onsite is seeking a full-time Contents Restoration Technician to manage the cleaning, relocation, and packing of items at client locations and within our facility in preparation for restoration and repair tasks.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Contents Restoration Technician

As a Contents Restoration Technician, your primary responsibility is to carefully remove and pack clients' possessions for restoration and repair. You will engage in packing, moving boxes, and loading furniture with utmost care. This role involves cataloging and documenting items both at the warehouse and at client sites. Following the completion of construction projects, you will ensure the prompt restoration of client property to its original state.

Your duties will include general cleaning, as well as pre- and post-construction cleaning. You will clean household items at both the warehouse and client locations. This position requires you to perform cleaning, packing, and moving tasks while enjoying interactions with clients and delivering exceptional service. In this capacity, you play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience with First Onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean criminal background
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects
  • Availability for on-call after-hours emergency assignments
  • Physical labor, material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, respirator use, and working in confined spaces may be required
