Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and quality control standards are met.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Establish work schedules to ensure efficient staffing and minimize downtime.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must also possess excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
