About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Broadway's Steak House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets the highest standards of health and safety.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Education: A culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
