Job Title: Import Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import Specialist to join our team at Canada Produce. As an Import Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the importation of products from various suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Verify product quality and quantity upon receipt
  • Process and manage import documentation, including customs clearance and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in import/export or logistics
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
