Senior Data Center Commissioning Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Center Commissioning Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Mission Critical department, you will be responsible for leading complex commissioning projects for data centers, financial institutions, and power plants across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of qualified professionals to deliver high-quality commissioning projects
- Manage subcontractors and client vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and testing scripts
- Lead client meetings, issue resolutions, and deficiency resolutions
- Craft proposals for client RFPs and project pricing requests
- Assist with departmental budgets, KPIs, and financial planning
- Collate and verify documentation from contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives
- Back-check and ensure the quality of subcontractor work
Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of electrical industry experience and educational background
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems
- Proven track record of managing design, energy services, and commissioning projects
- Strong knowledge of NETA and other building codes and construction industry standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer license in the US or Canada
- LEED Associate certification
- PMP certification
- Canadian CSA Z462 Electrical Safety qualification
Work Environment
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive compensation package. The ideal candidate will work remotely from Toronto, Montreal, and/or Calgary, with required travel. Roles may require extensive local, national, and occasional international travel, with a typical 40-70% travel frequency over a year.
