Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northwest Timbermart. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
