About the Role

Action Furnace Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through in-home presentations and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Presentations
    • Conduct in-home HVAC sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing our products and services.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
    • Provide personalized recommendations to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
    • Communicate pricing and financing options clearly and effectively.
  • Closing Sales
    • Overcome objections and close sales, building strong relationships with customers.
    • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, driving business growth.
  • Lead Generation/Prospecting
    • Conduct research to identify potential customers and develop targeted marketing strategies.
    • Utilize industry knowledge to generate leads and schedule appointments.
    • Develop and maintain a network of referral sources, driving business growth.
  • Learning and Professional Development
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, ensuring expertise and knowledge.
    • Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance sales skills and techniques.
    • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
    • Coordinate with the Install team to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and concerns.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for 3+ years, clean driving abstract, and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional sales experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a 100% commission sales role.
  • Positive mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
