We are in search of individuals who are passionate about Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning architectures, and who possess experience in deploying models on commercial SaaS platforms. This position offers the chance to make significant contributions to innovative projects while collaborating with a dynamic team.

  • Oversee the fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance performance across diverse NLP domains and tasks.
  • Apply your knowledge in deep learning and machine learning architectures to tailor and improve model performance regarding accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate fine-tuned models into high-level applications and products.
  • Assess and prepare large-scale text and numerical datasets for model training, ensuring the quality of inputs.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of models on local infrastructure and commercial SaaS platforms.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in LLMs and apply best practices for model fine-tuning and NLP methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in fine-tuning Language Models (LLMs) with a comprehensive understanding of LLM architectures.
  • In-depth expertise in deep learning and machine learning, particularly in the field of natural language processing (NLP).
  • Practical experience in developing and deploying industrial-grade deep learning models and applications.
  • Proficient in utilizing local infrastructure for model training and deployment; familiarity with commercial SaaS platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Strong programming capabilities in languages such as Python, along with knowledge of relevant libraries.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
