Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the insurance and legal industries. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment, leveraging industry connections and relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to provide valuable feedback and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Travel: Travel nationally and internationally to attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the insurance or legal industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance and legal industries, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales Tools: Proficiency in sales tools, including Hubspot, and ability to leverage technology to drive sales growth.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
