Position Overview

The Information Systems Supervisor at MapleRecord is responsible for overseeing the effective management of our technology systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and managerial skills to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial resources for technology projects
  • Create and enforce policies and procedures for the management of information systems
  • Approve the creation of specifications for various products and services
  • Engage with clients to clarify system needs, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients post-sale
  • Oversee project assignments, coordination, and reviews
  • Direct and evaluate daily operational activities
Work Environment

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
