Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for developing communication strategies, addressing customer complaints, and providing information to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create effective communication plans to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Information to Customers: Answer customer questions and provide information about our services and products.
  • Maintain Records and Statistics: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain statistics on customer satisfaction.
  • Perform General Office Duties: Assist with general office tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Work Environment

As a customer service representative at The UPS Store #282, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Private company, corporation or industry
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods
