About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Assist with responding to and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening a limited range of products and services as necessary.
  • Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to the bank's code of conduct and policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in Spanish (Quebec only).
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
