Lead Project Controller Job Description

Lycopodium Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Controller to join our Projects team in Mississauga, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining cost controls for projects, providing high-quality data to support project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project total costs, schedule, and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Implement and maintain Project Control Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Assist with the conversion of project estimate to capital control budget.
  • Manage project budget and schedule.
Requirements:
  • Engineering qualification or equivalent.
  • More than 8 years of post-graduation experience or 10 years of industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of project controls principles and processes for EPC/EPCM projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain Project work breakdown structure and cost breakdown structure.
  • Proficiency with Project progress measurement and reporting.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems.
