Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team at Tegart Concrete Pumping Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating concrete pumps on construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Read blueprints and determine work requirements to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and perform routine maintenance work.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites and participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and/or Indigenous people.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and a valid Driver's License (Class 3 or D).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain a clean driving record.
Work Environment

Work will be performed outdoors in a noisy, dusty environment. Hours of work will be 35 hours per week.
