Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At LUMINOR Environmental, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing new business and nurturing existing relationships with key accounts in the eastern region of Canada.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be a pivotal part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective business strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to research and analyze market trends, develop and prioritize key accounts, and manage and support accounts to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prioritize key accounts to align with the strategic direction of our customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to research and analyze market trends
  • Manage and support accounts to lead project management, negotiations, and relationship-building initiatives
  • Adapt and implement new strategies to stay ahead of market trends
  • Provide expert advice on product options and support customer product needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, identify up-selling opportunities, and conduct regular account reviews
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to resolve customer issues and maintain client databases
  • Initiate contact with and develop new key accounts in line with corporate strategy
  • Analyze sales program effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Develop distribution strategies, reselling agreements, and other growth opportunities
Experience and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of senior sales/key account management experience in the water industry. Related post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is required. Cross-channel experience is essential, and experience in new account prospecting and closing new business opportunities is a must.

Working Conditions:

Substantial travel is required (40-50%), and bilingualism in French is preferred. Ability to conduct presentations and meetings is essential. Overtime as needed.
