Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Duke & Lion Family Co. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in food service industry an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
