Job Overview:

Are you an innovative and driven Structural Engineer with a minimum of five years' experience in the design and execution of structures within the industrial and mining sectors? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, planners, and technologists on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Support project teams throughout the lifecycle of underground and surface infrastructure initiatives.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, including scoping studies and preliminary engineering analyses.
  • Perform structural evaluations and detailed designs for various assets, including headframes and conveyor systems.
  • Contribute to the preparation of competitive proposals to secure new projects.
  • Manage project workloads to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technologists, fostering their professional growth.
  • Take on leadership roles in multidisciplinary projects, overseeing the structural design team and ensuring quality assurance processes are followed.
  • Assist in business development efforts by maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
