Join CAE in Pioneering Air Traffic Control Education
CAE is seeking skilled Air Traffic Control Training Specialists to contribute to the development of a groundbreaking air traffic services education division.

In collaboration with NAV CANADA, CAE instructors will provide foundational training for Flight Service Specialists and Air Traffic Controllers utilizing NAV CANADA's established training materials and curriculum.

This initiative aims to cultivate a highly skilled workforce, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the air traffic management system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive classroom and simulator-based instruction for initial Air Traffic Services (ATS) training programs, adhering to regulatory and client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and simulator briefings with professionalism and in alignment with CAE's standards.
- Maintain accurate and thorough client training records to facilitate understanding and smooth transitions to other instructors.
- Identify and recommend additional training for clients who are not meeting progress benchmarks.
- Engage in ongoing training updates or refreshers on ATS or instructional methodologies as necessary.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the enhancement of curricula, course materials, and training methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Fulfill the minimum qualification and experience criteria set by Transport Canada to function as an Air Traffic Service Instructor prior to delivering ATS content.
- Possess a solid understanding of ICAO or Transport Canada Air Traffic Control regulations.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational Air Traffic Services role.
- Demonstrate a passion for education and talent development.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, with a continuous focus on process enhancement and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in English and/or French, as instruction will be conducted in accordance with language capabilities.
