Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational safety, service quality, and efficiency of Air Traffic Services in partnership with various management roles.
- Assess daily service performance and communicate findings to relevant managers.
- Support supervisors in interpreting regulatory and operational manuals, escalating requests for clarification as necessary.
- Strategically manage daily operations during irregular events such as airport closures, severe weather, and equipment failures, collaborating with technical services.
- Inform stakeholders of any operational discrepancies or emergencies affecting service delivery.
- Determine resource needs for daily operations and implement improvements within budget constraints.
- Manage Air Traffic Services staff during operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, providing guidance, and addressing disciplinary matters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience in the aviation sector.
- Extensive management experience in an aviation operational context.
- Strong knowledge of the aviation industry and Canadian Air Navigation System.

Working Environment:
- This role is classified as an onsite position and is not eligible for flexible work arrangements.
