Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide relief support to our production team, ensuring seamless operation of brewery processes and equipment.
  • Quality and Safety: Maintain a strong focus on quality and safety, adhering to all relevant principles and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process Management: Manage processes through computer programs, ensuring efficient and effective production.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Shift Work: Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and graveyard shifts.
  • Lifting and Physical Demands: Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently, with strong communication skills.
