We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Benning Investments Ltd. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our crop harvesting and production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth and maximize yields.
- Clean the crops to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Cut agricultural crops with precision and care to minimize waste and ensure efficient harvesting.
- Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards to ensure optimal growth and development.
- Greenhouse cleaning to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our crops.
- Hand harvesting vegetables with attention to detail and care to ensure high-quality produce.
- Harvest seedlings to support the growth and development of our crops.
- Pack fruits and vegetables with care and attention to detail to ensure high-quality products.
- Weeding to maintain a healthy and weed-free environment for our crops.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary for this position.
