About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Benning Investments Ltd. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective harvesting of crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth and maximize yields.
  • Clean the crops to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Cut agricultural crops using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards to ensure optimal growth and development.
  • Greenhouse cleaning to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Hand harvesting vegetables to ensure precision and care in the harvesting process.
  • Harvest seedlings to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Pack fruits and vegetables for distribution and sale.
  • Weeding to prevent competition for resources and ensure optimal crop growth.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary for this position.
