About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Physiotherapy La Salle Boulevard. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning. You will work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care
- Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals
- Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
- Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Solid experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting
- Preferably 1-3+ years of rehabilitation clinical experience
- New Graduates with licenses or PT Residents are welcome to apply
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
