Job Summary:

Home and Community Care Support Services North East is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and communities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their functional independence and safety
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based research in physiotherapy

Requirements:

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Experience working in a community or healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
