Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits to assess the efficiency of our operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with management to identify key controls and develop policies to ensure their consistent performance.
  • Prepare and lead process walkthroughs, document process narratives, and test high-risk controls.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships within the Internal Audit department and with stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big 4 External Audit firm or as an Internal Auditor at a publicly traded company.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and internal control frameworks.
